Happy Coffee Day! Most people comment that their day doesn’t start off without a cup of freshly brewed coffee. The scent of coffee is said to have a soothing and refreshing effect on the people who suffer from sleep deprivation or energy sags. So why exactly coffee?

It can improve physical performance and may lower risk of Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.
